Remove the protective film which covers the adhesive grip pad under the hinges. Position the seat, insert the bolts, and screw down slightly. Check the alignment and then push down firmly on each hinge so that the pads attach securely in the correct place. Finally, screw down completely. The anti-slip pads will hold the seat in the perfect position and will not allow it to slip or slide when seating or moving. Even after a long period of use, the Hayward toilet seat remains in place.
